Sand Tray Therapy

A nonverbal, symbolic, and deeply healing approach that allows clients to explore their inner world, process trauma, and express emotions through hands-on creation in the sand.

Psychodrama & Experiential Therapy

A dynamic, action-based method that brings emotional experiences to life—helping clients gain insight, release emotional tension, strengthen internal resources, and shift old patterns.

Play Therapy

Children naturally communicate through play. Through play therapy, children explore feelings, build regulation, develop problem-solving skills, and experience healing in a supportive, accepting environment.

EMDR Therapy

An evidence-based treatment that supports the mind's natural ability to heal from trauma, anxiety, and distress. EMDR helps clients reprocess overwhelming experiences, integrate memories, and restore emotional balance.

FirstPlay® Infant Play Therapy

A nurturing, relationship-based model for infants (0–3) and caregivers that strengthens attachment, supports infant mental health, and enhances early development through gentle storytelling massage and connection-focused interaction.
